Raised and educated in Wales, Janet was first introduced to kinesiology 18 years ago when 3 stone overweight, feeling tired and depressed. She was told by a nutritionist who used muscle testing that she was allergic to dairy and wheat products. As a dairy and arable farmers’ wife this was a bit of a shock. Off home she went, eliminated dairy and wheat products from her diet and within three months was three stone lighter and felt totally energised. It was eleven years later, after taking a Holistic Therapies course that she decided to train as a kinesiologist practitioner and Touch for Health Instructor. Janet is also a lecturer and facilitator of a wide range of holistic therapies, specialising in kinesiology. Over the past two years Janet has been working with local authorities raising the awareness of stress and pain management and delivering talks and workshops to community members with stress related problems such as post natal depression, junior school children preparing to move up to senior school or for students preparing for exams in small informal groups. Janet says “Primarily kinesiology has had a profound effect on my life, giving me my health and energy back and I feel that it is important for me to share with others how vital our energy systems are. | Laura was born in the
west country, she has lived a in Wales for a number of years
now. From her early years she has be drawn to nature , the rural
countryside ,a real source of inspiration to her. Over many
years she has worked with tree sprits, their healing essences
and their role in divination. Through this work she has designed
a exciting and informative work shop which combines both tree
essences and ancient symbolism for healing both the self and
family and friends.
Laura is also a teacher of the tarot, having been a reader for 17 years. Last year she successfully held a workshop which explained the basics of selecting a pack for yourself, layouts, and the major arcana. Laura says " Working with the essences of trees has helped me achieve better health and understanding of my spiritual needs, it is my belief it can also help others". Terry Shubrook

| Terry lives and works
in Surrey and is a Qualified Touch for Health and Perceptual
Bodywork instructor. He loves sharing his gifts and knowledge
with others. In the past few years Terry has been questioning
what is happening in the universe and has developed various
workshops to allow like minded people to come together and work
with Energy Release, Animal Healing and Distance Surrogacy
Healing. He also runs sharing and interactive workshops. At the
moment he is trying to expand on ‘connection to home’. Terry
says "Being open to all possibilities seems important to me as
is humour in our work and to be at ease with situations when
they arise". Terry is well known in the equine world and travels the country to give healing to horses and any other creature he meets on his way. Caroline lives and works in Devon where she has a thriving Kinesiology and Reflexology Practice. Caroline is also a Touch for Health and Life Care Instructor and runs courses in Nutrition and Anatomy and Physiology for Kinesiologist's. Caroline is a great trainer and ensures that her students are taught to the highest standard and is prepared to take time and ensure that the student has completely understood the work undertaken before moving on. Caroline also holds a Position on the Policies board for the Kinesiology Federation and is keen to ensure that all kinesiology training is of the highest standard. Caroline has a great sense of humour and is always bringing fun into the classroom to lift the students spirits when the going gets tough. Caroline uses Creative and Perceptual bodywork along with naturopathic healing to give a rounded treatment to her clients within her practice. Karen started her journey on the road to Complementary Therapies after a bout of illness. She sought help from Chiropractic, Reflexology and counselling – all of which helped immensely. In 2001 she qualified as a Reflexologist, swiftly followed by becoming an Indian Head Masseuses in 2002. Then over a 4 year period Karen studied and practiced Reiki qualifying as a Master in 2006. Karen is now able to pass on the gift of Reiki Healing via Attunements to others.
